Delivery

Here at Lux Eyewear we offer Worldwide shipping charged at £20. UK delivery is free for order values over £100. A postage and packing charge of £4.95 will be applied to all orders under £100. As we hold a large range of sunglasses, frames and lenses in stock some orders can be processed and dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 1pm UK time. We will contact you if the posting of your selected eyewear will fall outside of our standard despatch time frame of 7-10 days for glasses with no prescription (frame only) or single vision lenses, and 10-14 days for those with varifocal lenses.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition with security tag still intact within 28 days of receipt (excluding custom made items which are non returnable unless faulty and we will repair or remake your custom order if necessary). We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different model/colour if preferred.
